Single Crystal Diamond SLIP RING AND COMMUTATOR TOOLS

Chase manufactures a range of tooling specifically designed for the manufacture of high precision slip rings, resolvers and commutators.

Today's high bandwidth digital slip rings require high quality surface finishes in the precious metal surfaces.

We can provide a range of turning, plunge and vee-groove tools to customers specific geometries.

All our tools are available in both natural and synthetic single crystal diamond, as well as PCD tipped versions.

 All SCD diamonds are oriented to present the hardest part of the stone to the cutting radius. Tools are available in both solid shank and inserts.

Our plunge and vee-groove insert tools are available with extended protrusion.
