Single Crystal Diamond ISO INSERT
TOOLS
These tools are based around the international
standard ISO insert system.
Tools are available in a wide variety of insert shapes and cutting
geometries.
The diamonds can be either natural or synthetic material largely
down to customer choice and cutting application.
The most common insert shapes we use are A, B, C, D, E, K ,M and V.
with all other parameters catered for.
All tools are 100% inspected using optical and video measurement
equipment.
Controlled waviness radii is also an option.
Cutting edges are inspected to 800x magnification.
